It is a proud moment for Ascent international school, Gr. Noida as our budding athletes have outshined in the Inter School Athletic Meet at JBM Global School, Noida on 20th Nov. 2017. Various schools participated in different athletic events with a great zeal to show their ‘Sportsmanship’.
The event was categorized according to different age group. We students Grabbed 5 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals. Roshan Kumar Singh, Vishnu Sharma, Sumit Nagar and Deepanshu Bhati won Gold Medal in 4 x 100 Relay race under 14 category. Roshan Kumar of X C scored another Gold medal in under 14 long jump category. Kaushal of IX B under 19 in short put Won Silver Medal, Purshottam of Class IX B scored Silver Medal in Under 16 category in Short Put. Vishnu Sharma scored Silver Medal in Under 16 100 m race, Vicky Bhati of class VII a won a Bronze Medal in Under 12 in 100m race category, Ashish Nagar 11C won a Bronze Medal in Under 19 in Long Jump category and last but not the least Dipanshu Bhati of Class X C scored a bronze Medal in 200 m Race under 16 category.
The commendable job done by our students truly proves that “Excelling in sports is not time wasted, but time Invested.” Our Vice – Principal Ma’am congratulated all the wonderful achievers and boosted them to keep their good spirits high.
